Excellent service. Fast, knowledgeable and super helpful in going the extra mile.
Poor service which takes advantage of people. I was charged €420 to fix a lock which broke and left me stuck outside. I tried to get a partial refund for their work but they only offer replacements under their warranty so they wanted to schedule another appointment to replace the lock. Given the poor quality of their previous work I chose to replace it myself so they do not further waste my time. The one positive was that they came quickly for the emergency in the first instance, so if you are really desperate I guess their service is fine. In all other cases the one star review is deserved.

Amazing!!! Was very courteous on the phone and came to our address in a very short time. Two doors to open and was able to do it without any damages and in a very timely manner. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for a very professional and most importantly affordable locksmith. Very very satisfied.
