This locksmith could not open our door and ended up breaking it while drilling the cylinder.<br><br>He then failed to replace the cylinder, left us with a damaged door at night, and still forced us (physically) to pay €150.<br><br>He also refuses to provide an invoice, despite multiple requests.<br><br>We later had to pay €320 to repair the damage he caused.<br><br>Based on our experience, avoid this service.<br>21.06.26- update: after many calls and requests, he finally agreed to send us an invoice.<br>As the owner reported that they do not recognize the name, we uploaded a photo of WhatsApp number associated with this page, with the link that the Locksmith sent us for payment after breaking our Door.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this company. On a weekend, they estimated $175. Then they said, after they had started, that it would be $300 because of a more challenging lock. Then as I was going to the ATM, they called and said it was $480 because it took a long time. I called to complain and ask for a refund, they never called me back, I emailed, and followed up. They never emailed me back.

Poor service which takes advantage of people. I was charged €420 to fix a lock which broke and left me stuck outside. I tried to get a partial refund for their work but they only offer replacements under their warranty so they wanted to schedule another appointment to replace the lock. Given the poor quality of their previous work I chose to replace it myself so they do not further waste my time.<br><br>The one positive was that they came quickly for the emergency in the first instance, so if you are really desperate I guess their service is fine. In all other cases the one star review is deserved.
