DISASTER - THEY’RE THIEVES - DONT EVER CALL THEM FOR ANYTHING<br><br>On a Saturday night, my key broke into 2 pieces leaving one half inside the lock. I called this service to get a quotation. The person who picked up the phone said “the job might approximately cost €200 + weekend, i don't know i will tell the technician to call you right now”.<br><br>Then he asked my address and I assumed that was to give me an ETA I gave him the post code and I repeatedly asked for a full price he said the technician will tell you. I said okay. From that moment the technician never called.<br><br>30 minutes later, he just appeared at my address while I have been waiting for a call and a proper quotation based on photos. The technician arrived with his price list €35 for just showing up at the address, €167 for trying to fix the lock (not guaranteed) without drilling or changing the lock, €90 extra charge since it’s the weekend. If the door needs drilling then accordingly a new lock the price goes up to 250€ + the above mentioned extra charges of showing up and working in the weekend. I said that this was ridiculous that he just shows up without providing a price and that now I had to pay him even if he does absolutely nothing. I was not informed at all that I would be paying a cost no matter what. At the end of the night the door did open without him doing anything but I still had to pay him €42 just for showing up unannounced. Let this be a lesson for anyone who ends up in a situation like this.
Despite the very fast, friendly and responsive booking process (on a Saturday), the quality of the work was poor and I ended up having to pay another company to redo the entire installation of a new lock. This company did not properly plan the installation (nor advise me on alternatives) to ensure that the new lock would fit in the existing brass plate of my door, resulting in a gaping hole around the key/lock, which I would not consider a properly finished job in any context. Would not recommend this company if you are looking for high standards of quality.
Perfecte service; van tevoren aan de telefoon alsook uiteindelijk aan de deur.Geweldig vriendelijke gasten. Keurig op tijd en sociaal zeer vaardig. Deur eenvoudig geopend zonder schade.
Net mijn sloten laten vervangen. Fijn hoe bereikbaar ze zijn en snel reageren. Woensdag gebeld, donderdag nieuwe sloten. Kevin werkte snel, adequaat en gaf goede en duidelijke adviezen. Absoluut een aanrader.
Echt heel goede service, zelfs met slecht winterweer op de minuut op tijd aan de deur. Kundig en snel repareren en goede uitleg over het hoe en wat! Volgende keer weer (al hopen we van niet).
