We worked with Sonja on the complex process of splitting our erfpacht with the municipality, and we couldn’t be happier with the support and service we received. Sonja guided us through every step with clarity and professionalism, and made a complicated process feel manageable. We truly appreciated her communication and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone needing notarial support!
A very nice notary who was quick and flexible during the purchase of a home. Thanks again!
Highly recommend. I received a very friendly, professional and fast service when I had a document copy notarized. Compared to any of the other notaries I was in contact with, it was also cheaper.
Used this notary for both my mortgage deed and my perpetual land lease. No issues with either one, and the staff at the office is friendly. Overall no issues and I would recommend them.
I received excellent and clear assistance with transferring my purchase contract and mortgage. Documents were quickly prepared and processed, making my process smooth and fast. A great team that truly cares!
