Jeroen and his team were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and clear throughout the entire process. At no point was my understanding taken for granted, as each step of the deeds and mortgage agreement was explained with care and clarity. The whole staff demonstrated strong expertise and coordination throughout the process. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service received. It exceeded my expectations and could not have gone more smoothly.

I don't understand all the positive reviews about Van Rooij Wassink. In my experience they promise a lot, but don't deliver. Worse: they don't even feel the need to inform a client about the hold up of things, in this case a last will. A very important feature for most people. In this case especially for my wife, for whom now - after a long time waiting for Van Rooij Wassink to perform and deliver according to their promises - nothing is arranged in case something happens to me. I don't understand why I have been so loyal waiting so long. When I called last Friday, I was promised to be called back. Even then they promised but didn't deliver. That was the limit. Two stars because at least the people from their administration and reception are friendly and polite. Two stars because I am going away for quite a while, knowing my wife is not cared for in case something happens. Thanks to Van Rooij Wassink's not delivering in spite of agreement and promise.
