Jeff at MisterM has been such a great help to me as I finished up a major home remodel. My contractor brought in his plaster contractor and they left the walls in a terrible state. I was frustrated that we had paid so much money on our remodel and ended up with a finished job that I felt was not appropriate to what we had paid. I had seen reviews for Jeff on our local expats FB page and gave him a call to come over and give me a quote to fix the job. He came by my house to look at the job and then explained how best to complete the repairs. He was transparent about costs and timing and worked with me to accommodate my schedule and complete the job in a timely manner. I had had a lot of experience doing remodels in the US and Jeff understood the level of quality I was looking for, used better quality materials and I am so pleased with the end result. He is a very trustworthy guy and has excellent communication skills. At one point thru the work I had to travel out of country and he sent me daily updates on progress and the work continued as scheduled. I couldn't be happier with his work and the results. He did exterior and interior paint, plaster repairs, refinished my monument staircase railings and attic beams. Everything looks FANTASTIC!! I'd highly recommend Jeff if you are looking for excellent quality work for a fair price.

Jeff is fantastic, I cannot recommend him and his team enough! The work the deliver is absolute perfection and the manner the do it in is even better. Regular send updates, checks how you want to solve things if something unexpected comes up and always double checks for your opinion before just executing! We had such a lovely experience working with Jefferson from Mister M. From the beginning, he was professional with scheduling a consultation, sending a quote, and working with our timeline. He had excellent communication and came everyday until the project was completed. Jefferson provided some education about the types of paints and options available, which was very helpful. He also worked with us to create a plan for our staircase and recommended someone to construct a custom rail (rail not in pictures yet). Above all, Jefferson had amazing attention to detail. He carefully protected our floors during the project and was meticulous with finishing clean edges and providing touch-ups as needed. He also did extra research and work to give us a clean, natural look for our wooden stairs while keeping them protected. We would highly recommend him to others, and we are looking forward to working with him again on the exterior of our home.
