The problem was not dealt with after having them out twice in the space of 4 days. We had to get another exterminator over on the same day because there were mice literally running around the apartment. After I messaged to say the problem was worse since he left, he said a call out fee was going to be another 100euro. The new exterminator that came on the same day found 7 holes that were not filled. I understand these problems can be difficult to solve straight away but there was basic work not done. Really friendly man and was quick to respond to texts but unfortunately the job was unsatisfactory.
Wished I contacted SVpestcontrol way earlier... We had mice for months terrorising the place. Tried everything to get rid of them. I was sceptic when I reached out to SVpestcontrol, but they did their magic. Not one mouse in the house anymore. Can't recommend them enough: good, trustworthy people, doing a brilliant job for a reasonable price!
Quick, efficient and friendly service. Karim was super nice and did a great job identifying the source of the mice and sealing the hole up. Highly recommended, and much effective than some of the other services that I have tried in Amsterdam
I had a mice problem in my apartment and the service was excellent! They responded very quickly and professionally and came to my apartment in less than two hours. Dennis fixed every hole and was very calm while explaining everything thoroughly! He also made me feel less anxious about the problem. I would definitely recommend their services!
We’ve had mice before but last night I saw a rat. 🤮 I saw all the positive reviews here and I was a bit skeptical. But I am so glad I called SV first instead of Rentokil! First, they were upfront about their reasonable pricing. Then Dennis arrived the very same day and did an excellent, professional job. First he did a careful and clever inspection. Then he handily constructed wood and steel barriers to fix a large hole behind a big cabinet—I had no idea. Then he placed more steel barriers to safeguard the kitchen. Then he laid traps just to be sure. He had a very “can do” attitude and was very direct and polite. I felt very lucky. I called them 3 hours ago!! Amazing. See you in a couple weeks for the check 🤞
