I just received the best support from Hamid via phone. I had issues trying to fix my boiler and was really atruggling to find a technician that could provide quick support on a Saturday afternoon. Found HeaTech's contact in Google maps and tried them on the phone. Hamid asked me to send a few pictures via Whatsapp and immediately called me after to give me detailed step by step instructions in how to fix it myself. He was very helpful and guided me thrpugh the process. Nicest, and most helpful guy I've found in Amsterdam, and would 100% recommend his service, which also saved me a lot of money in the process!

Fantastic service from Hamid! I messaged him at 0800 on Monday with a pic of the underfloor heating set-up that was not doing what it should. He replied immediately, gave me a 2 hour window to stop by at lunchtime, turned up bang on time and basically sorted the whole thing within an hour, even my daughter's room which had apparently never had working heating. Even the tricky location of one of the pumps didn't defeat him, he did a great job clearing up after himself and the price was reasonable too. 10/10 would recommend!
I had a problem with the relay of my underfloor heating which kept getting tripped. I called up HeaTech and since they didnt operate in my area, they advised me on the phone on how to workaround the problem looking at the picture. I found them knowledgeable and professional and will recommend them.
