I had an excellent experience with this company. The plumbing problem at my house was expertly resolved by Yusuf. We called on Sunday morning before Koningsdag but he arrived almost immediately. He made sure everything was done properly before leaving. Great expertise and great energy — would definitely recommend!

This company is definitely a SCAM, I strongly recommend to not use their service.. They take advantage of your time of need and charge absurd fees. Before the service, It was explained the charge of 44.95 euros per hour of service + 34.95 for the visit to assess the problem, which seems very reasonable to me. however, after exactly 17 minutes of work, he came with an extra charge for using the tools, which for some absurd reason is charged at 79 euros per meter of use, without consulting me or anything, he explained that he needed 6 meters and in addition to the visit and hour of service, he charged me 477 euros for 17 minutes of work!! (total of 673.85 euros) I didn't agree to pay immediately, but the guy was clearly angry and irritated, saying he couldn't do anything, I felt intimidated and decided to pay this nonsense!

THIS IS A SCAM. DON'T EVER CALL THEM. They came to the house, "assessed" the problem, scheduled a visit for 2 days later, which had to be paid for in advance, in order to be secured, they told us they would send the invoice right away. We never received the invoice, they never came for the appointment, they never picked the phone ever again. No money, no invoice, no service, no response. AGAIN: THIS IS A SCAM. I'M SUING AND REPORTING THEM EVERYWHERE I CAN.

This company is a SCAM!! Do NOT use them!! I have filed a complaint with Consuwijzer. If they have scammed you, please file a complaint with Consuwijzer. When they get enough complaints about a company, they will fine them or shut them down. Plumber Amsterdam charged me EUR 100 to come fix my toilet. He took 5 minutes to look at it and charged me EUR 100 and didn’t give me an invoice or receipt. He said that he needed to order a part and would come replace it later in the week at no extra charge except for the part. It's been over a week, and he is not answering my calls and has now blocked me on Whatsapp. He claims he sent me an email which is a lie. He said he would refund my money last week, but this is also a lie. He did not refund anything. Plumber Amsterdam also told me the part I needed cost €135. I hired another plumber who bought the part for €32. Plumber Amsterdam was clearly trying to scam me a second time by overcharging for the part. I will continue to file complaints with Consuwijzer and the KvK until I get my money back. This company should be shut down. This is not how you operate a business in a developed country.
