Ik wil mijn ervaring met deze hypotheekadviseur delen, omdat die helaas erg teleurstellend was. Het hele traject heeft mij veel stress bezorgd. Afspraken die in het begin zijn gemaakt, werden later niet nagekomen. Daarnaast kreeg ik de indruk dat hij alleen echt actief werd wanneer ik zelf aanwezig was of er direct achteraan zat. Dat gaf mij weinig vertrouwen in de zelfstandige opvolging van mijn dossier.<br>Wat ik ook zorgelijk vind, is dat hij een belangrijke taak was niet kon uitvoeren. Pas op het laatste moment ontdekten we dat hij het eerder nog nooit gedaan had.<br>Tot slot verliep ook de betaling niet zoals afgesproken. Er werd gesproken over een soort “no cure, no pay”-afspraak waarbij betaling bij het ontvangen van de sleutel zou plaatsvinden. In de praktijk bleek dit anders te liggen, wat tot verwarring en irritatie leidde.
