Since you say you have no idea who I am and I do not appear in your system I must inform you that I called your company around May the 19th since some client recommended me your company for renting a flat. When you replied the phone and I asked if you had any property free the answer was a raw an rude ¨NO¨, then I asked again if you could give me some more information about the possibility of having any flats in a near future and again a ¨NO¨as an answer but this time really really cold and irrespectful. Is this the way to treat a potential client?? Maybe instead of worrying so much about google reviews, you should worry about your company costumer service.

I was absolutely amazed by Expat Housing and Property Management, in particular, Sofian, who assisted me in finding a beautiful apartment in a short amount of time, which is just incredible, given how competitive the market is in Amsterdam. Sofian was reliable and trustworthy throughout the entire process and kept us informed at every step and genuinely made sure that I secured this apartment. The whole experience was smooth and efficient.

It was a pleasure to work with Hugo at Expat Housing Amsterdam. They were very proactive in providing the right information and moving the proces of getting my house on the market forward. Worst agency experience I ever had<br><br>Extremely passive-aggressive, as a tenant, they won't have your back if there are any issues in the property (special warning with Etienne Kwa).<br><br>Warning for expats: they are also part of scams to take a huge portion of your deposit. Careful when leaving a renting property, get a lawyer ready. They breached multiple terms of our contracts and stole a lot of money from our deposit, even if THEY signed that the property was given back without any issue. They will add extra damage dated after the property we rented was openly added on Airbnb and rented by a few people....<br><br>During a winter, while my wife was pregnant, our heater broke, it took them more than 3 months to fix it. After letting them know that I would get some legal help, they suddenly sent us someone to fix it.<br><br>I had direct chats with the landlord, and they also share some of the concerns we have.<br><br>Unfortunately, I can't give less than 1 star.<br>Avoid renting through them.

I have no complaints! A very good company with very good people! I have worked a lot with them and can definitely recommend to use their services! I have been renting out my house in partnership with Expat Housing and have been consistently pleased with their services. In particular, Etienne Kwa has been exceptional in managing my property, especially during times of special needs. I would highly recommend them.

Very Disappointing. Taking sides against the tenant to keep the owner's property in their portfolio. More trouble than ease in my relationship with Expat Housing Amsterdam. Avoid if you can.
