Nimue and Raul have been managing our apartment for almost 2 years now and the service they provide is absolutely great. Very fast to answer, proactive, professional and really nice people to work with. They are on top of any reparations required and are a great link between the tenant and landlord. In the 15 moves I have made so far, almost each time as a tenant, Nimue and Raul have been by far the best (intermediate) landlords I have ever encountered. Very personal, humane, accommodating. Probably one of the best rental agencies in Amsterdam! The service is excellent and uncomplicated. We had an issue with our heating and Nimue and Raul passed by on a Friday night to help us out. I honestly can’t think of anything that is missing service wise for a property management company. Rare to find in Amsterdam and I highly recommend going flat hunting with them!
Raul has managed my flat in Amsterdam for more than a year now, and I’m very happy with the service. I live abroad, so he fully manages my flat, from advertising the place, to finding suitable tenants, collecting payments and taking care of the flat, and even sending mail to my new address. He’s very professional. All communications have always been transparent and payments arrived on time. I couldn’t recommend him more.
