It was not my first time looking for an apartment to buy with a makelaar, and I can really say that Harm stands out positively! He’s proactive, responsive and really helpful. What I liked the most was that he always had a long term ‘strategic’ thinking about the properties I saw and presented the opportunities to potentially increase value of each of the apartments we’ve seen together.

Had a great introduction call with one of the agent. He was very positive about being able to help me purchasing a flat in Amsterdam We scheduled the appointment to confirm the mandate for the week after. The evening before the date of the meeting, he sent me an email informing me they cannot get any more client. Totally waste time and really unprofessional behaviour.

I recently bought a new home and Ruby was my real estate agent. She was amazing and helped me with everything! She took care of notary, technical inspections, and even helped me negotiate with the seller.
