It was not my first time looking for an apartment to buy with a makelaar, and I can really say that Harm stands out positively! He’s proactive, responsive and really helpful. What I liked the most was that he always had a long term ‘strategic’ thinking about the properties I saw and presented the opportunities to potentially increase value of each of the apartments we’ve seen together.

Had a great introduction call with one of the agent.<br>He was very positive about being able to help me purchasing a flat in Amsterdam<br>We scheduled the appointment to confirm the mandate for the week after.<br>The evening before the date of the meeting, he sent me an email informing me they cannot get any more client.<br>Totally waste time and really unprofessional behaviour.

Kaylee heeft me begeleid bij de aankoop van mijn eerste appartement. Ik begon dit proces met zeer beperkte voorkennis, Kaylee heeft me allerlei zaken heel duidelijk uitgelegd zodat ik een goede keus kon maken. Overigens ook eerlijk advies om juist een pand niet te kopen. Elsemieke belde/mailde ik regelmatig om weer ergens een bezichtiging te regelen voor me en dat werd altijd direct en met enthousiasme gedaan! En het koopproces zelf ik ging ook super vlot en soepel.
