Expat Housing Network

Incredibly useful and made moving very easy. Would recommend!

I was a client with EHN both for rental management and for selling and everything with them was 100%. The people I met were professional, knowledgable, and invested in their work. Big thank you to them. 🙏💐

We were buying an apartment this spring and were very happy to have the opportunity to work with Diovana and her team. When choosing a makelaar, we were looking for a responsive and experienced team, and that's exactly what we found. Throughout the entire process, Diovana and her colleagues were quick to respond, kept everything on schedule, coordinated calls when needed, and clearly explained every step along the way. They made the entire experience transparent, smooth, and easy. On top of that, they helped us save a significant amount of money on our bid by accurately valuing the property value and advising us on a reasonable offer price. We highly recommend Diovana and her team to anyone looking for support when buying a home.

We’ve worked with Kimo and his team at Expat Housing Network four times now, renting, buying, and selling property in Amsterdam as our family’s needs changed over the years. And all four times, we’ve been extremely satisfied. Professional, straightforward, and easy to communicate with. Kimo, Aleksandra and the whole team make what is normally a stressful process feel relaxed and even enjoyable. This no-fuss approach, combined with clear communication and concrete results, really sets them apart. We would recommend them anytime to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable property experience in Amsterdam.

Five stars for Isabella! We had a very difficult financial situation, and finding a home felt impossible. But Isabella never gave up on us. She stayed positive, worked very hard, and helped us through every problem until we got our house. We are so grateful for her help, and also for the great team at EHN. We truly couldn’t have done this without them!

Expat Housing Network provided an excellent experience throughout our home purchase. From the first viewing to the final steps of the transaction, everything was handled professionally and efficiently A special thank you to Kimo, whose presence during the viewings was incredibly valuable. He shared a lot of useful knowledge about the properties, the local market, and the buying process in the Netherlands, which made the decision-making much easier and more confident Also many thanks to Diovana for making the entire purchase process smooth and well organized. Communication was always clear, timely, and supportive, which made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed Overall, a very professional and reliable team. I would definitely recommend Expat Housing Network to anyone looking to buy property in the Netherlands

Isabella was very helpful in answering all my questions and getting the process done as quickly and efficiently as possible! Really appreciate it!
