Very disappointing experience.<br><br>Jai was the person representing the agency throughout the entire process, and for that reason I believe he also has a responsibility to ensure clear, transparent and professional communication with clients. In a small market like Amsterdam, your reputation is built on trust, respect and the way you treat people time.<br><br>I don't know whether this way of working reflects Jai's own approach or the standards of the office, but what we experienced was poor communication, missed deadlines and very little respect for our time throughout the process. When people are making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, this simply isn't acceptable.<br><br>If you're considering buying or selling a property with this agency, I'd strongly recommend looking at other options first.
