Housing & Co.

My boyfriend and I were looking for an apartment in Amsterdam, which can be quite challenging, especially when working with a limited budget. Daniel and Stef were incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find a place that matched our needs. They were proactive and didn’t just wait for suitable apartments to come up, but actively reached out to their network and connections to see if they could find something that fit our specific requirements. Thanks to their help, we are now busy moving into our beautiful new home in Amsterdam, and we couldn’t be happier! We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a home in Amsterdam and wanting to save themselves a whole lot of stress and headaches that come with the housing market here. Thank you so much, guys!

I contacted Housing&Co a couple of months before my move to Amsterdam. Mauro has been a star listening to my requirements and sending me properties to view. Even though I was looking for a furnished apartment (which apparently is the most difficult niche in the Amsterdam housing market), Mauro managed to find the right place for me. He has also been very helpful with showing me the ins and outs of the flat when I moved in and he also arranged for some minor repairs that we spotted on move day. I'm very happy with the find. Thank you Mauro and the entire Housing&Co team!

I’m so happy with my experience with Housing & Co! Finding an apartment in Amsterdam was so challenging, and I’m very grateful for all the help I received with them. A special thank you to Daniel, who was always kind, communicative, and supportive throughout the process. He truly made a difference. Thank you so much!

Professional, reliable, and genuinely helpful Housing & Co. made our apartment search in Amsterdam smooth and stress-free. They guided us through the entire process — from finding the right place to signing the contract — and took a huge amount of headache off our shoulders. What stood out was their professionalism and how well they managed communication with landlords and agencies on our behalf. They clearly know the Amsterdam housing market inside and out. If you're looking for an apartment in Amsterdam, especially as an expat, I'd highly recommend working with them. They deliver on what they promise. — Vladimir

I had a great experience working with Daniel from Housing & Co. He helped me find an apartment when I was relocating from Serbia to Amsterdam, which made the whole process much easier and less stressful. What I especially appreciated was that I was still in Serbia while Daniel was searching for apartments in Amsterdam. He handled the local search, shared suitable options with me, and I was able to choose remotely. This was extremely helpful and made the relocation process much smoother. Daniel was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the search. He explained everything clearly, helped with the practical details, and made sure I understood the process. After I moved in, he also helped me with the electricity contract, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Daniel and Housing & Co. to anyone looking for housing support in Amsterdam, especially if they are relocating from abroad.
