A big thank you to Dimitri. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very supportive throughout the process, always available whenever we needed clarification or reassurance. We would highly recommend him for buying or selling a property.
Heel erg bedankt!!
Klantvriendelijk, down to earth en reageert snel.
The collaboration with Dimitri was great. How did we work? I visited several apartments on my own and contacted him for the ones I wanted to bid on or have a second opinion on. Pretty reactive, he negotiated the price for the apartment I purchased. I ended up with an apartment that matches exactly all the criteria I had from the start. Based on my experience, I would recommend him.
Erg bedankt.
Had an Amazing buying experience with Vincent De Cloet from Lankhorst Makelaars. They worked with me on every step of the process, while keeping an open and engaging level of conversation throughout. This included(but was not limited to): informing me of situations specific to certain properties, rigorous assessment of documents to find intricacies, and references/notes to services that I needed in order to make my buying experience as efficient and stress free as possible. I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for a property.
