I had a pleasure to meet and buy a place with Mathias. We met several agents before to make an informed decision about the person we would like to cooperate with. Before, with previous agents, we had a feeling that the person was not really engaged, "player" or pushy. But immediately with Mathias we felt the click. Nothing is impossible with him, but also he is realistic what we can and cannot do. He was with us on every viewing and he was fighting for not only winning the bid, but also to get us a good price. Market is very competetive and you really need a shark to be there for you. Mathias indeed was that person for us ! But with that said he was also very kind and respectful to everybody around. His knowledge about the housing situation, how and what to bid, his whole network is really outstanding. We felt taken care of. Thank you Mathias, we had so much fun with you and we wish you all the best in this world :)

Mathias is top! Het is een vakman die ook bouwtechnisch veel weet en bekend is met wet en regelgeving. Daardoor kan hij goed adviseren, ook in complexere situaties. Ook heeft hij een uitgebreid netwerk dat waardevol is gebleken. Maar los van al deze professionele punten is het ook een vriendelijk en goed mens. Dat maakt het zeer prettig werken, zowel bij verkoop als aankoop!
