Hi! I used The Real Estate Agency to find an apartment for me in Amsterdam since I’m studying there and Rami was nothing less than amazing. We got online tours while we were not in Amsterdam but once we were there we toured several apartments, all beautiful and great options btw, and we did put offers on a couple of them and they did not go through. There was one apartment that did not want students but we noticed it was on the market for a very long time so Rami really negotiated well and got me a gorgeous apartment for my next few years at uni and I couldn’t be more grateful. He was also extremely kind and I 1000% recommend using this agency/ him to help you find your next home. Communication was extremely smooth and great as well. Here is my view from my apartment.
From the very beginning, the Real Estate Agency team (Rami) demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Every step of the process was handled efficiently and transparently, which made a potentially complex transaction feel smooth and well-managed.
It was a great experience! They are very proactive (I felt it the first time when I tried to contact them, you will see it, haha). They have good strategies, and still being very patient on listening to people's preferences/requirements. Based on my own experience, they can handle every situation professionally and calmly. Btw, communication was also quite clear and straightforward.<br><br>Turned out the whole experience was indeed smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their help.
