This one is a real paragon. Answering quickly on all questions and scheduling viewings was easy. Chantal was incredibly helpful and ensured we found a good place fitting our needs. Even after we signed a contract Chantal made sure everything was perfect! Utility contracts, internet or anything else to get us started. Recommended!
Chantal was extremely helpful in helping us finding tenants for our flat in Amsterdam. The process was very smooth and swift and she's readily available to answer any questions. I can also tell that she was really present for the tenants themselves (expats) in helping them setting up their internet contract and whatnot. I would definitely recommend her and her agency's services!
As an expat who has lived in the Netherlands - albeit in a different city - for a few years, I knew that finding an apartment in Amsterdam was no easy feat. Thankfully, my flatmate and I were able to find Chantal and The Rental Agency to help us find our home away from home. She was extremely helpful during our search, understood what we wanted well, and worked hard to find us our perfect apartment. Even after finding the home, she ensured that all went well with the settling in process - she made moving to a new city as pleasant an experience as one could hope for. Highly recommend!
Chantal of The Rental Agency Amsterdam is a warm, perceptive, and considerate person who was a godsend to myself and my husband during our transatlantic move. Her website shows the wide variety of quality listings available, but I recommend meeting with her to discuss what you need. When we met with her I felt that she understood our needs well. As a former interior design consultant, she is very knowledgeable about the housing market. She also was a great help to us as expats who do not speak Dutch yet and who knew nothing about leasing in the Netherlands. As proof, the first place we viewed was my dream apartment, where we now live!
