I had an outstanding experience with The Rental Agency. They were extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make our move seamless. On the very first day at our new apartment, we encountered an unexpected issue. Chantal and her team responded immediately with incredible service and genuine care for my family’s comfort and well-being. We had a terrible experience with Rental Agency. As expats and new in the country, we trusted Rental Agency to help us find a home and assist in renting out process. But they were least helpful. They did not share any house listings with us. We had to search on our own. During the check-in, they did not inspect house or reported any damages that were there from before. And during check-out also, we had no real help from them. I would not suggest anyone to take their services.
What an experience with the Rental agency... On the pre-contract they gave us, the address was not correct... Looks like a scam. Good that we noticed! According to them it was just a mistake... We gave them a second chance as we needed to find a place to live. They send us the contract but some parts of it were unclear especially one. When we asked questions they were not answered in a professional manner which increased our concerns about the seriousness of this agency. Nevertheless, as we have eventually decided to look for another agency who takes better care of their clients, they asked us to pay a cancellation fee... Outrageous.
We have worked already twice with Chantal and her team for renting out our property and both times we had a great experience. Highly recommended!
