Earlier this year, my wife and I received the exciting news that we were expecting our first baby in September. After processing this amazing news, we quickly moved into planning mode. Our top priority became purchasing a home and making it cozy for the baby. This was our first foray into the wild world of the Dutch property market, and we had little idea what we were getting ourselves into.
