One of the security guard Stefan is very rude. I came back to VFS to collect my passport. When getting in there was another customer going out. I said Hi to the security guard and walk towards the security scanning device. He stopped me instead of letting me know that he first needs to scan my QR code, he gave a lesson about why I didn’t say Hello. He says “ Everyone came in here says Hello to me and tell me their purpose.” I explained I said Hi and he didn’t respond or hear me. He started saying that no matter what I should say Hello and tell him my purpose. I repeated that I said Hi and he didn’t hear me, was that my problem? He started yelling “ whose problem is that, what is the problem.” This is such a terrible experience. I am fully okay that security guard asks me my purpose and let me know I did it wrong and should first let him scan the QR code instead of going through security scan. (If this is so critical please put it on the email or stick it on the door). But instead of doing that he started to make a scene about I didn’t greet him with “hello”. While exiting another security guard kindly asked me what has happened and showed me where I can give my feedback.
