I found Suncharged through an online search. Normally, I tend to be cautious when I discover a company on my own without any references. However, from the very beginning, dear Jildar’s sincere and fast approach, together with Wouter’s planning, structure, and transparency, was enough to instantly establish trust. They came over and carried out an excellent analysis. There was almost no difference between the analysis they provided and the final outcome. They followed every timeline they promised, which is honestly a rare quality even for a Dutch company. We installed 9 solar panels, a battery, and a car charger. Of course, the system’s performance comes from the quality of the products themselves. But the stable and efficient operation is also thanks to Suncharged’s experience. I’m not someone who easily gives recommendations to companies. Every relationship involves different communication dynamics in the end. But if anyone around me wants to invest in renewable energy, I would practically sleep at their doorstep just to make sure they work with these guys.

Suncharged installed a charging station for me, and I am very satisfied with the result. From the very first contact, they were very proactive and provided me with clear and honest advice. Everything is arranged, meaning you don't have to worry about a thing. Their own developed portal is also certainly worth mentioning. In the portal, you have full insight into your project, all communication, the proposal, and the next steps. This makes the entire process very clear. In short, a reliable company that I can definitely recommend.

Outstanding service from start to finish I made initial contact with Jildar van der Galiën via the SunCharged website and received a fast, very friendly response. English was absolutely no problem, which was important to me. Jildar took the time to talk me through several options, and because I wanted visual confirmation that the battery system would be sufficient for my home—and fully compatible both electrically and physically—we arranged a site visit. This was no problem at all. After the site visit and confirmation, the installation went extremely smoothly. The installing engineer was incredibly efficient and, honestly, impressively tidy in his working manner. I couldn’t have asked for a better engineer. My house was left clean and tidy upon completion, which I really appreciated. The entire experience was pleasant and stress‑free. Throughout the installation, the engineer explained what he was doing and why, multiple times, so I fully understood the process. That level of communication made a big difference to me. I contacted several companies while looking for a battery solution—some didn’t respond at all, and others proposed solutions that didn’t meet my requirements and involved compromises. SunCharged did the opposite: they matched my requirements exactly to the right solution and also made me aware of both cheaper and more expensive alternatives, allowing me to make a fully informed decision. I’m a salesman myself, and I genuinely enjoyed working with Jildar—he’s a true professional. Jildar was very helpful during the feasibility phase, helping me clearly identify my needs and choose the right product. After six months of research, I finally decided to have an Anker Solix X1 installed. The next question was: by whom? Since this is a new product (in the Netherlands) and there aren't many suppliers who have installed it. Ultimately, after several pleasant conversations, I decided to have this done by SunCharged in Amsterdam. By mutual agreement, the equipment was delivered directly to my location. I ultimately opted for two 5kWh batteries (capable of a maximum of 15kWh per complete setup) with a backup function in case of a power outage. I had this installation placed outside in my shed. The electrical wiring in my meter cupboard was completely modified by SunCharged. I have a SolarEdge inverter with optimizers, so it was decided not to run this directly through the X1's inverter, as I would otherwise experience too much loss. Because this installation was new for both me and SunCharged, we encountered a few bumps in the road, but these were resolved perfectly by them and the support from Anker itself! Ultimately, I am very happy with the X1 and the excellent service and work performed by SunCharged. I highly recommend them!
