Dissatisfied with this organization. I had three conversations, which took a lot of time. Afterward, I received a confirmation order with the refinancing terms and conditions. However, neither the order nor the dashboard contained any information about what had been discussed. There was no communication about the application amount, no duration of the additional mortgage, no information about what the order specifically was for—nothing. When I requested these amounts by email, they terminated the relationship. After calling, I received the answer: "This is simply how we work. Everything was discussed verbally." It's remarkable that a financial service provider works for you but can't document anything about what was discussed. It's also remarkable that there are so many positive reviews. I've completely lost confidence in this organization and would definitely not recommend it.

Well, I have rarely received such professional guidance. Due to my own incompetence and frustration, I really communicated incorrectly with them. Both Advisor Mercedes and caseworker Erik remained polite, and everything was arranged faster than expected. Compliments; this is well worth a solid 5 stars.
