Bought a house built in 1923. According to the pre-purchase inspection by Perfectkeur, there was moisture in the walls but not in the crawl space. Strange. Mr. Kusters of Het Zuiden performed a counter-inspection and found nothing wrong. No abnormal values. Excellent!! So I had no expenses. Very professional advice and no unnecessary costs. Hats off.
