Very dissatisfied with Walldecsolutions Due to problems with rising damp in the wall, I contacted Walldecsolutions to find a solution. During the visit, Armand indicated that the problem could easily be remedied by injecting the walls and prepared a quotation for this. On the day of the work, the job was completed within approximately two hours. The work consisted of drilling a few holes in the wall and injecting a liquid unknown to me using a spray bottle. Despite the work performed, the rising damp remained present. As a result, I was ultimately left with the same complaint and significant costs without the problem being solved. Although Armand provided a guarantee beforehand, he offered no further solution after the desired result failed to materialize. Instead, he invoked the "duty of effort" mentioned in the general terms and conditions. All in all, this cost me a lot of time, frustration, and unnecessary expenses. Ultimately, I had to hire another company to resolve the rising damp problem after all. My advice to others: save yourself a lot of trouble and do not do business with Walldecsolutions.
