We received wonderful help from Ruud. He had the solution for us that we had been looking for for a while: a sliding door that needed to span at least 1.70m. We received a clear explanation with a sketch of what it would look like. We made an appointment and received interim updates on the progress. We decided to have it delivered. We live in Assen, and the trip to Eindhoven would take a day. That was all taken care of perfectly as well. We were kept informed at all times about how, what, and when. In short, we only had contact via the app, phone, and email. It is just that Eindhoven is such a long drive, otherwise we certainly would have stopped by. Bought a sliding door for the second time and was very satisfied. A few years ago, we bought a wide door for our apartment and now a narrower one for our new house. The communication was pleasant, clear, and easy. Flexible service and a great price. We highly recommend them!
In 2021 al eerder hier een schuifdeur besteld voor in de woonkamer, 100% tevreden. Krijg er veel mooie complimenten over en stuur vaak vrienden door naar Ruud. 3 maanden geleden weer een schuifdeur besteld, maar dit keer met mat 'glas' , prachtige deur alleen beschadigd in het transport met de koerier. Is de koerier zijn woord tegen mijn woord over hoe dit heeft plaatsgevonden. Desalniettemin tevreden en ga het zelf repareren, alleen baal je wel natuurlijk. Vandaar 4 sterren in plaats van 5.
