As an expat and single woman, I felt looked down on during the purchase process, as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. The delivery went wrong twice, and in the end the materials were incomplete. For white skirting boards, grey silicone was delivered. I asked several times for an exchange but received no response. Additionally, the calculated amount of materials was insufficient, and I had to buy extra items from another shop. Communication with the store felt disrespectful, and I was made to feel as though I was lying or simply trying to get money back. In the end, I gave up because we weren’t getting anywhere. Overall, I had a negative experience, and for the price paid, I expected quality service—not only quality materials.
Plenty of options to choose from. The sales staff are pretty helpful and easy to work with. We had some bitter experiences with some of the floor installers, extremely rude, unprofessional and very poor quality of work. We then had to complain to vloerenbaas and have other installers sent to rectify the issues . If you choose to have floors from vloerenbaas, my recommendation would be to have your floors installed only by Monique and Marc. They did a great job and corrected the errors as much as they could. I would have preferred if they had come right at the beginning, so our experience would have been good from the start and first time right!
Good quality work on PVC flooring and also painting walls! Friendly team, mostly smooth process. Minor delays in final touches, but team handled it well and ensured everything was done to our satisfaction. We are happy with the final results and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality workmanship and a positive experience. Great job!
Easy to find, easy to make an appointment. Contact (Roel) listened well to our wishes and made a proper offer. Planning and implementation was well communicated. Skilled and friendly workers, very polite as well. Very happy with the result and would recommend doing business with these guys.
For our newly built house in Eindhoven, the guys from Vlorenbaas have done a great job. Well received by Mike and his colleagues and communication was clear from the start. We have received great suggestions about our flooring choices and we are now happy with our choice. Floor is laid within 2 weeks and the quality is good. Reasonable price, professional company, highly recommended!
