beautiful gym, friendly staff! I liked it a lot. I lost case from airpods there and one of the staff member bring it to me ! 😄😄 Thanks !
Generally fine. 15 euro for a day pass (cash only, which is very 1980s) which includes sweat towels, coffee and water, and the gym. The gym itself is ok, think crossfit box with a few more machines. Weights wise there are numerous racks, bars and weights. Cardio wise there are - two treadmills, two rowers, a few bikes and I think that was it. The cardio items are at the front of the gym so you can have a look before committing. Weight wise, they have some plate loaded machines - GHR, leg press, leg curl, calf raise, hip thrust machine, a row machine, a multi purpose bit of kit, maybe 6 adjustable benches, a decent spread of dumbells weights. Lots of resistance bands, boxing gloves, sparring equipment, foam rollers, boxes etc etc Standard crossfitty type stuff. Beyond that it looks like they have reformer machines, I suspect there are classes available. Basically it's fine, but I also suspect that the next time I am in town I might check out another gym? So fine, but other options might provide more choices.
Best gym in Eindhoven! With the membership, you get access to the gym floor, group classes, showers, and free water and tea. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and there’s a great variety of equipment. My favorite part is the group classes: Pilates, boxing, strength training, yoga, cross-training, and more. The instructors are professional and friendly, which makes every session enjoyable. I brought my friend, and they love it too. As an English-speaking expat, I also felt welcomed and well supported in classes. Thank you, Health First Club!
Great gym with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff and people training here are positive and supportive, which makes every workout enjoyable. Clean, well-equipped, and never stressful. Highly recommended!
I walked into Health First, overweight and unfit on December 1st and after an intake, committed myself to trying this gym (two personal trainings per week) for three months. Three months later and I'm kilo's lighter and have gained in strength, mobility and confidence. The trainers push me to get the best out of myself and support this with their guidance on technique and expertise. Trainings are varied so it doesn't get dull! There are many difference group lessons so I've started trying those as well. If you are looking for a professional, friendly sport school with great trainers, variety - and to be pushed that bit extra to get the best out of yourself, then Health First is a great place to be.
