We booked a move-in cleaning for our house (3 bedrooms + 1 living room). Only one cleaner came and finished in 3 hours. When I asked how one person can do a detailed cleaning of a whole house in such a short time, the organizer said “he is fast.” Well, being fast is not the same as being thorough. The cleaning was very superficial. Many areas were clearly not cleaned properly. After they left, we had to clean the house ourselves for another 4 hours to finish what should have been done. Also: • The cleaner arrived 30 minutes late • His English was very poor, which made communication difficult For €275, this level of service is absolutely not acceptable and definitely not worth the price. Very disappointing experience.
