I scheduled a visit with Feenstra so they could check my boiler that was in error state for a few days, just so they could come and say that they did not work with my boiler's brand. They never asked anything about the boiler's brand or model during the call. Most expensive 5min of my life, since I still had to pay EUR100 for nothing. || Update: I reached out to them after their reply to my original comment, just to be informed that the EUR100 invoice was correct hahahah Unbelievable!
The mechanic who came the 3rd time was very nice and helpful and fixed everything. The central heating works and he recommended cleaning. But the lady at the call center is not competent, the problem is still there
There are 2 things that i have asked million times to feenstra. I cannot create my account and i would like switch to automatic payments. Super easy right? It has been 1 year and i don't not have an account and automatic monthly payment. And i am still a customer. :(
Amazing service when I was left without heating and hot water for 1 week and no one could replace the CV ketel until January. Feenstra did it in 1 day and even arrived early at the appointment. Life savers!
Dear Customer support,Feenstra Eindhoven I am over a year+ a customer with you and was happy about service in the past you provided until this week. Since I purchased new products and service from you - I need to report it as I believe you value positive but also negative feedbacks. My complains is about quality of the service I received recently for my new smart thermostats which I ordered via your offer including installation service at home. I would not write about it if that would be a single or even double incident or mistake but what I have experienced this week was out of any of my expectations in negative way. Firstly my order was mixed up with another order in your administration which resulted that I was waiting for a materials over 7 weeks instead of estimated by Feenstra up to 3-4weeks. I needed to contact you about this at least 2 times to fix it. Secondly finally when materials became available installation of it went smooth and kind of professional but verification of the installation was skipped, which resulted unexpected leaks of the central heating system during operational time. How is it possible that qualified and certified mounter would not verify if the modifications done due to installations are correctly sealed and tightened after service ? You just build in things and never power on ? 3rd - after reporting leak issue to customer service I have received new appointment with another person /mounter who did not perform installation but was appointed to fix it (extra two days delay). Today after new mouter arrived and claimed that issue is fixed issue re-occurs again because you also did not verify if the system is leak free during operations when heating is on… How come? Two qualified personnel making same mistake…? Can you please explain it to me? Last but not least - after recent service support which should be covered by the cost of your company (as initial installation of the product purchased was not completed correctly) mechanic requested payment of the fixing service ? How come ? Luckily after a call you said the bill will be cancelled. I am currently waiting for 3rd attempt of fixing easy mistake! Take a chance to prove your quality is back on track,please. Summary: this are two many mistakes to my opinion, for one order/purchase. Please try to provide better quality over volume of service as rushing will always cost money, thus leaving unsatisfied customers! With kind regards, Tobiasz Siotor
