We placed an order for a water softener, but we paid for it but never received it. We also didn't receive an order confirmation. Our emails and phone calls are still going unanswered.

A very unprofessional company installed 5 indoor units and 1 outdoor unit for me in mid-November. The indoor unit in the bedroom wasn't installed straight, cable ducts were already falling off the facade. They'd screwed them into the plaster and insulation without using the correct plugs. Worst of all, the roof duct wasn't installed properly. They hadn't thought of anything better than installing a piece of PVC pipe and filling it with expanded polyurethane foam. Naturally, the first rain let water in. After two months of emailing, they finally arrived, as agreed upon in the quote, to replace the duct with a proper swan-neck system. And guess what, the first rain let water in again, and a lot of it, resulting in damage. I emailed again requesting urgent repairs, but they never showed up. I received emails saying they'd look into it and give me an appropriate response, which I'm still waiting for. This company was a disaster for us. The roof duct was installed very unprofessionally. We had to go on vacation, and they're raining heavily. I reported this, but apparently they don't care and won't come to fix it... So I had it done by a roofer, who was completely astonished at how the roof duct was installed; he'd never seen anything like it before... I'm still sending the invoice to Home Solutions. And if it's not paid, we'll see each other in court... A very, very dismal company. I've been warned again. (They're also very difficult to reach by phone and no response by email.) Is this the only response? Incidentally, no work was done on the installation itself, but on the roof itself. The roof that you couldn't seal after several attempts, and we still have to bear the additional costs. Fortunately, we had this done by a competent company, or it would have been more than a week during our vacation... But there's more to come...

Very satisfied with the operation and installation. I was a bit hesitant at first because everything was done online and remotely. The two men who came to install it were top-notch, friendly, polite, and true professionals. We ordered a 2.6 kW unit, but unfortunately, it wasn't in stock. We got a 3.6 kW unit for the same price, so we're very happy with it. Thank you for the service, I definitely recommend you!
