Just had our air conditioners installed by My Home Solutions. Very satisfied, everything works perfectly, everything went according to agreement without any surprises, great installers who knew what they were doing. And everything is beautifully finished! 5 out of 5!

The installation went smoothly, and communication with the technicians was also very efficient. It is just a shame that the section regarding condensate drainage wasn't entirely accurate, and the decision to let it drain away didn't work out well for us after the air conditioner was put into use. Suddenly, our balcony was flooded with condensate because, on the technicians' advice, we had routed the drain the other way around. If they had said right away that there would be a lot of it, we could have had it connected directly to the balcony drain and wouldn't have had any problems at all.

Very satisfied with the unit and the installation. The staff is very friendly and works cleanly and neatly. They were also very helpful with installing the unit. The explanation I received was very clear. I am a very satisfied customer and recommend this company to everyone. The communication was also very smooth and professional. We were informed yesterday evening of the exact time of arrival today, which we found to be very customer-friendly and thoughtful. The installation itself was carried out with an eye for detail and craftsmanship. Everything is beautifully finished, and afterwards, everything was neatly cleaned up and left tidy, which we greatly appreciate. Very unprofessional company. In mid-November, they installed a system at my place with 5 indoor units and 1 outdoor unit. The indoor unit in the bedroom was not installed straight; the cable trays are already falling off the facade, which they attached to the render and insulation with screws without using the proper plugs. And worst of all, the roof penetration: for this, they initially thought it best to install a piece of PVC pipe and foam it with polyurethane foam. Naturally, water came inside at the first sign of rain. After emailing for 2 months, they finally came, as agreed during the quote, to replace the penetration with the proper swan neck... and guess what? Water came inside again at the first sign of rain, and a lot of it, resulting in damage. I emailed them again requesting an urgent repair, but they are no longer showing up... I receive emails back saying they are going to look into it and provide an appropriate response, which I am still waiting for. This company is a disaster for us. The roof penetration was installed very unprofessionally. We are about to leave for our vacation and they are forecasting heavy rain. I reported this as well, but apparently they don't care; they won't come to repair it... So I had it done by a roofer, who was completely perplexed by how the roof penetration was installed; the man had never seen anything like it... I am still submitting the invoice for this to Home Solutions. And if this isn't paid, then we'll see each other in court... A very, very sad company. I've been warned again. (They are also very hard to reach by phone and there is no response via email.) Is this the only response, then? By the way, no work was carried out on the installation, but on the roof itself. The roof that you were unable to seal after multiple attempts, and for which we still have to bear these extra costs. Fortunately, we had this done ourselves by a competent firm, otherwise it would have been inside for more than a week during our vacation... But there will be a follow-up to this...
