Robert is a great professional and a very pleasant person to work with. We had a leakage in the wall at our place. First people that we invited did not do their job well. Then we luckily found Robert, who quickly fixed the leakage, repaired damage to the walls, and installed new toilet and a sink. All in all, a great experience.

Robert is very professional and one of the best in his job. He is very sincere and once you give him the job then you can just relax. Our bathroom was especially difficult as the previous plumber had done a very bad job and there were leakages through the walls. We were cheated. Then Robert and Judith came to our rescue and redid the work in our small bathroom. He was always on time and took extra effort to make the work perfect. My only regret is I wish I had asked him to renovate our bathroom in the first place in place of the previous plumber. I truly recommend him.

Very good service, great quality of work, flexible, helpful and friendly. We bought the equipment for our bathroom beforehand but we still were missing some crucial fitting parts apparently. Robert was very helpful in finding what's missing and arranged them himself. He also is very flexible in his approach; if something doesn't seem right then he tries to find a way to make it work. He went out of the way and also helped us with some bathroom accessory fittings that he generally doesn't do. The quality of work is excellent. He knows what he is doing and is very professional in his approach. He also explained us some technical details behind why some things cannot be done. Overall, I am very happy to have chosen KSE for making our second bathroom. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent experience with Klus Service Eindhoven. They built a new bathroom for us, and they did a great job! With respect to communication, they were very responsive and very helpful with advice, as well as 'sanity checks', while always explaining why. The quality of the work met (and even exceeded) my expectations. They really do make the effort to ensure happy customers. Highly recommended!
