Very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.
We paid him 100euro and in return he opened the locked door. Thanks for his service but he does not really know communication. He told us that "do not ask any discount althought expats like you are being paid more than me so that I am angry". This is discrimination because he just mentioned expats. Second thing is how do you know we are expats? Third thing you cannot bully on us you could just say No. He is a result of a discriminative politcal campaign. He was quick and he solved our problem in 1 sec and he was good in his job but he does not know how to talk with people. Normally, I would give 1 star but it will not be fair also. He should need some professional help. Thanks again.

American visiting in Eindhoven had them change the locks on girlfriends apartment and they charged a fair price and gave real advice that was honest and fair. Which is all anyone could ask for is a honest business charging a fair price. I am a once a upon a time locksmith myself and can tell you these guys are professionals and nice guys. Highly recommend them for any lock outs or lost keys etc.. Do not use one of those google search fake website type locksmith who bait you with a low price then over charge you when they are at your location. This is a real shop and a real business with a store on the street that you can go to and see for yourself. Great guys great service. They also have great knives for sale if you enjoy Victorinox knives. Thanks guys the American from California.
