Niels gives good personalized advice and offers himself to answer any questions even if they are not only mortgage related. Of course, he will never do the work of a buying agent but having his support is quite valuable for a first time home buyer. Even though I already did quite a lot of research on how mortgages work and had a clear idea of what I wanted, I believe I made a better mortgage choice and it will come at 0.2% lower rate than I would have picked, so it will pay for itself.
