Good man, Genuine and Friendly. As an expat, translation was clear and precise. Highly recommended.
We recently made use of the services of Houtepen. All the documents were sent to us for inspection in advance. We were given opportunities to ask questions, discuss the content and alter the documents to our wishes. The attitude was professional, friendly and very helpful. The office also arranged a translator for us at a very reasonable price. Thank you.
Great and smooth experience! The notary had not only elegant manners, but it was also clear, concise and added a bit of hilarity to such important moment like the purchase of our new house.
A very, very good experience throughout. I liked the attention to detail, walking us through every step of the process, and the transparency. I even appreciate the humor because buying a home can be a very nervous process, but we were put at ease.
Do not go to this notary. After having arranged with the seller to cover a damage that was found in the house, they asked me (the buyer) to pay for the bill. Then from the money i paid he deducted a notary specific fee that was not clearly stated in the contract which party should pay for. When i called to ask for explanation he said that there is nothing that can be done. So i ended up paying for a fee i had no responsibility for. Better try some other office
