Beware!! This is a scam!! Almost all reviews are from Jul/Aug 2025. After sending an unreliable pest controller, this company is no longer reachable. Paid a lot of money and no solution. Find another company where you can contact the controller directly!!
I actually called in a mild panic about rats in the shed. I was calm and clear on the phone. The man who came by showed me tracks I'd never noticed. I haven't heard any noises since.
It started with some hesitation about whether we could fix this ourselves. After the inspection, it became clear that there were multiple entrances. Everything was properly identified and later sealed off. It took a little longer than expected, but it was done carefully.
We started off with panic when we suddenly saw mouse droppings in the utility room. We quickly reached someone by phone, which gave us peace of mind. The inspection was thorough, but the solution took two visits. Ultimately, it was resolved well, just a bit longer than expected between appointments.
SCAMERS GET AWAY FROM THESE GUYS I hired this company to get rid of the mouse problem I had inside f a dry wall. The guy came and suggested he would use poison to kill the mouse and that those would be gone from the house once the poison was installed. Instead, the mice are now dead inside my dry wall. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times via what's app, e-mail and calls for them to fix the problem but they do not want to do anything. Even worse, they have charged me 820 euros just to put the poison and now they do not want to provide the follow up service. Worst service ever!! I am now still with the same problem I hired them to fix, while I still paid for it, but did not get the problem fixed.
