I had mice in the house = urgent situation. Called on Wednesday to make an appointment and was told I would receive an email to confirm. Nothing. I had to call the day after. The Wednesday call was not in the system and nothing was done. Registered my demand on Thursday and received the email. Agreed to pay 320 EUR and was told someone would call to visit within 2 days. Almost one week later, still no call... Got rid of the mice myself and saved a good amount of money. Not professional at all.
