Extremely disappointing experience. I requested a visual inspection for a leak, but ended up being charged more than €1600 for limited work that did not resolve the issue. Additional work and replacements were carried out without clear prior approval or cost indication. The pricing is highly disproportionate to what was actually done. No response received after raising a complaint. I recommend being very cautious and insisting on clear agreements in advance.
402,93 euros, for 35 minutes work to clean the kitchen pipe (2 or 3 meters long). I wish I would have read these remarks earlier. I missed clarity and communication about prices. It gives the impression of being a SCAM. When I called by phone to the plumber, he didn’t mention that price of 59euros was per QUARTER, which I found abusive. He only said that taxes where not included. He didn’t mention neither that transport was additional 89 euros, too expensive considering that their office was located 3 km from my house. He even asked me to pay the parking time of his vehicle, additional 5 Euros. It was NOT specified in the call that they only accept cash. When the plumber finished I complained to him about this clarity of prices. I had to accept the service due to the need (although not emergency) but I would highly recommend to take a look around for better prices. My worst experience with repairing services in Eindhoven. Not recommended AT ALL.
Similar experience as others, really high prices. They only share prices before taxes. To fix the flush of our toilet with them we have spent 4 times the price of buying a new one, the expert should have told us when he arrived that it was not worth it…. Took advantage.. They were fast coming, maybe ok for an emergency but definitely not good for something small.
It was a fast and clear response, we needed the work done quickly and they manage to acomodate within the day. Everything agreed before hand was kept as promised. A bit on the pricer side, but solved quickly.
