Many thanks to Sabrina. My kitchen drain was clogged. She is very responsible and friendly. She fixed it quickly and replaced the pipe. I’m very happy about the solution.

We had a bad smell for some weeks. Erik had a look for us and got us an appointment with Sabrina who quickly found source---a clogged pipe full of eggsalad (she identified the substance, I didn't taste it). With both skill and enthusiasm she cleaned it out and the smell is getting better. We're very satisfied, thanks to Sabrina and Erik!!

HEALTH HAZARD DUE TO INCOMPETENCE OR NEFARIOUS INTENT (pictures included) [[Reply to their response at the bottom]] Called them for an inspection and quotation over main pipe going to garden, slowly leaking in the crawlspace, probably from a municipality tree. Inspection hole drilled on main pipe next to the WC drain, 9-10 meters away from the end the crawlspace Cost of inspection plus necessary power wash of the main pipe to be able to see anything over those 10 meters, cost paid cash 374€. I ask to give me a quotation to redo garden pipe and main pipe as well, as it is sagged, as I want to insulate the crawl space. PROBLEM: as soon as they leave, constant terribile foul smell from crawlspace where they did inspection. For two months they respond claiming it’s my problem and that I should accept 5200€ quote to get it fixed. SOLUTION: I go in crawlspace myself, find where they did inspection hole, discover the HOLE WAS NOT SEALED, and gas and black water was leaking from it (see pictures). Fixed it myself with a bit of duct tape, while I look for a company that isn’t lying and pushing for their quote to fix a problem they created Riool Totaal Service refused the multiple calls for help or refund the problem they created with negligence and incompetence. EDIT HERE TO REPLY TO THEIR POLITE BUT NON-FACTUAL RESPONSE: 1) I never asked Riool Total to do a replacement of my sewage just because they left a not sealed hole in the main pipe. Their answer confuses me deeply. 2) multiple times I asked them to check their work as the smell was unbearable after their visit. No one came back despite their business being 2.3km away from my home. 3) since I “fixed” the problem caused by their inspection myself, they claim that the unsealed cap was pushed away by rainwater. 4) I did ask them for a refund of the inspection cost as an inspection for a leak in the garden pipe was made by them into a open hole in the sewer pipe 5) I wrote them in English, I wrote them in Dutch, but they want to understand what they want to understand of the situation.

Relining is not a cheap process, but Kobus was incredibly understanding and allowed me to spread the payment over several installments. something I truly appreciated. I’m very happy I chose Riool Totaal Service to handle this issue. Their clarity, professionalism, and flexibility made a stressful situation much easier. I can 100% recommend them.
