While Philip is undoubtedly knowledgeable, our experience with his service was highly disappointing. We found him to be incredibly reactive rather than proactive. Almost all of the coordination and responsibility fell back on us as the customers, and his availability was unfortunately not what we expected for this price point. In retrospect, the only real benefit we got from this service was access to Copaan. However, you are much better off gaining access to Copaan through a cheaper alternative and simply generating your own reports and market comparisons yourself through Walter Living. Paying €3,000 for what felt like minimal, passive support is a decision we deeply regret. We strongly advise others to look elsewhere for proactive representation.

Philip was heel behulpzaam, flexibel, goed bereikbaar en heel kundig. Dit heeft ons in het proces veel stress bespaard. We hebben dan ook vrij snel de woning gevonden en gekocht waar we nu al een aantal maanden met veel plezier wonen! Ik zou iedereen aanraden (zeker als je onervaren bent op de woningmarkt) om Philip in de arm te nemen als aankoopmakelaar!
