We're very satisfied with the service of the Team of Brick Vastgoed to rent a room for our son in Eindhoven. We enjoyed a swift and polite communication, well managed process and the final result. We're very happy to provide our recommendation.

Very professional rental agency with top notch communication. During the two years we rented our house with Brick Vastgoed we never had an issue from the first to the last day of our rental.

I rented an apartment through Brick Vastgoed and lived there for a little over a year. I can share both positive and negative aspects of my experience. The initial process was smooth and efficient. The viewing went well, the agency responded quickly with their decision, and the paperwork and key handover were handled on time. One thing that was never clearly communicated was the energy label of the apartment. It was not mentioned in the listing, not discussed during the viewing, and when I asked about it later, I was told there was no information available. This was surprising, as most rental listings in the Netherlands usually include this information. Shortly after moving in, the stove was not working properly. The agency arranged a technician and eventually replaced it, which was handled relatively quickly. However, communication around other issues was less effective. For example, after a technician visited, the lighting in the apartment stopped working. We were told someone would contact us, but no one did. When we followed up, we were told someone had tried to call us, even though we had no missed calls. There was also a window that leaked during heavy rain. A technician attempted to repair it, but the issue continued. We reported that the window was still leaking, but no further action was taken. A few weeks after we started living there, we experienced recurring problems with the shower drain. Even with regular cleaning and a drain filter, the water drained very slowly and sometimes came back up, which suggested the issue was deeper in the drainage system rather than a simple blockage. When we reported it, we were advised to deal with it ourselves using cleaning products. At one point we also had mice entering the apartment through openings behind the radiators. When we reported this, we were told to contact pest control ourselves. During the time we lived there, it often felt that tenants were expected to handle most issues independently, even when the problem likely existed before we moved in. At the time I simply adapted to this, but after later renting through another agency I realized that communication and support can be very different. Some agencies provide updates when repairs are needed, help coordinate technicians, and take responsibility for structural issues in the property. That said, the move-out process was straightforward. The inspection was quick, the deposit was returned, and the final utility adjustment was handled correctly. When our current Landlord Reference Letter while we were still living there, the agency also provided it quickly and without any issues. Overall, the rental and move-out processes were efficient, but during the tenancy we often felt there was limited support with maintenance issues. I believe that if you rent a newer apartment without structural or building-related problems, you may have a much smoother experience since you likely won’t need to rely on the agency for resolving such issues

As an expat i was able to find a place in under a week-the communication was fast and i wasn't asked 12 months of pay slips after i said i just started working in Eindhoven. I submitted my work contract and that was enough as a proof of income which is how it should be in my opinion. Of course I'll update the review once i pick up the keys and once I'll try to reclaim the deposit i paid. So far the service provided was excellent and I'm happy with what i got.

I rented my apartment through Brick Vastgoed, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was very professional, always quick to respond to my questions, and made the whole rental process smooth and transparent. Communication was clear and efficient at every step, which made me feel well-supported. A special thanks to Bram de Mooij, whose professionalism truly stood out. I recommend Brick Vastgoed to anyone looking for housing in Eindhoven.
