On behalf of Kema Beleggingen , a house inspection was done - the house was properly cleaned and now damages were on the property , however was charged for a fee for damages & cleaning. When asked for proof (eg to show that house needed to be cleaned after my departure) nothing was able to be provided.
Hi Friends, We highly recommend Marcel for the house buying, he is very much fast forward and smooth for closing the transaction. HIs charges are higher - returns on investment is also higher and very good negotiator. Other services like notary should be arranged individually(better cost). I rented an apartment from DHVC, and I am reasonably satisfied with them. During my time living there, they always responded to emails/calls in a clear and quick manner, and problems were fixed quickly. Unfortunately, sometimes their communication was not ideal. For example, not communicating properly that a huge ventillation unit (ugly, noisy) would be installed on my terrace for the restaurant underneath. Also, it took a few months too long to receive my deposit back, due to some delays from obtaining costs for some "damages" that they reported. All in all though, you could probably do much worse to rent from another agency.
There are some nice and helpful people there. However, as most real estate agents, the company is favoring the landlord against the tenant. If your business model is based on having landlords as your main clients and you are the middle man, you should also take the responsibility of having non-cooperative landlords and unhappy tenants. We did the beginning inspection and the end inspection with them: Although in both cases the marks were the same on the pictures, the landlord wanted to freshly paint the wall again and charged us all the deposit. DHVC said they couldn't do anything. Moreover, miscommunication in end inspection resulted in many problems.
Excellent service. I availed their valuation services for the house that I am going to buy. Marcel from DHVC really did excellent job. On top of valuation he also explained me on what points the house will be valued and shared his expert opinion on the present condition of the house. I would definitely recommend him. The most impressing thing is, he is reachable on whatsapp outside working hours as well.
