My girlfriend and I got in contact with Angelique from Expat Housing Center on November 4th, 2024. Since it’s almost one year since we took our first step toward buying our first home, it feels like the perfect time to write this review. We are from Argentina and decided to settle long-term in the Netherlands shortly after moving here. From that moment on, Angelique guided us every step of the way by sending us suitable listings, giving feedback on properties we found, helping us evaluate neighborhoods and prices, and attending most of the viewings with us. Between November and December 2024, we viewed 11 houses in Eindhoven, Nuenen, Helmond, and Geldrop, and made offers on three. On December 24th, exactly one month after our first viewing, we got the amazing news that our offer for a beautiful house in Helmond had been accepted, the best Christmas gift ever! As first-time buyers coming from 12,000 km away, we expected the process to be difficult. But thanks to Angelique’s professionalism, experience, and guidance, everything went smoothly and stress-free.
