We have chosen Hendriks Eindhoven as we were impressed by the first visit of the agent because of her knowledge and attention to details, although price-wise it was not the cheapest. However; some things went wrong starting from the moment we wanted our house to be available on the market and funda. Things that you would not expect from a professional company: Getting the right pictures and right information on Funda, having the on sale banner on time in front of our house. Although our agent was very responsive, we were not expecting that some of the viewings would be schedule with a different agent. Then, there you also see loss of information about the house and false information that is given to final buyers. All in all, it was stressful experience which we felt that Hendriks did not pay much attention and effort for the sale of our house; and the house actually is sold itself. Although they have made a gesture of a discount due to flaws in the process, this will not be enough for us to work with them in future again.

I worked with Pieter and Linda for more than half a year, and the experience was excellent. Since I was living outside the Netherlands, I needed someone trustworthy to handle property viewings and manage any issues that came up along the way. I had the privilege of working with Linda Colsters from Hendriks towards house hunting in a crazy and difficult market in Eindhoven of all places. Even from our introductory call, she inspired confidence and trust, knowing her job to perfection. Linda is not your textbook agent, she knows the market very well, will get you the best deal and will guide you through the entire process with 100% confidence. She is responsive and proactive, even proposing properties to check, giving context and answering all questions, very enthusiastic and warm, going the extra mile throughout the entire time and delivered on her promises to a T. Linda will treat you like a human being and not like just a "contract". I couldn't have asked for a better agent, if you want a 20/10 agent to buy a house, seriously consider Hendriks and Linda herself (especially if looking around Eindhoven). For anyone wondering, we managed to get a dream home after only 3 bid efforts (and the first two were abnormal even!), in less than 2 months. If I'm being honest, even this review doesn't completely do Linda justice, just try working with her, you will not be disappointed!

I had a good experience with Hendriks. Prisicilla is just awesome. Her experience helped us find a good house in such a challenging market. She is easily reachable and will suggest you the best in the market. They are professional but at the same time very friendly as well. I think Prisicilla is the best. We were also supported by Linda and she was quite helpful during the process.
