Hi All, Good day. Have received very bad feedback on full and final settlement of flat rented with Stoit group. I’m not happy with the inspection and also charges posed on settlement. Whom we can escalate this matter to higher level of Stoit. Any suggestions… Thanks
PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE STOIT FOR HOUSING!! It has been over 7 weeks since I vacated the property, leaving it in better condition, and I still have not received my deposit back. Despite multiple follow-ups, my emails are either ignored or met with inconsistent excuses. This is especially unacceptable given that the contract clearly states the deposit must be returned within 2 weeks. I upheld my responsibilities throughout the tenancy and made all payments on time, yet the same level of professionalism is clearly not being reciprocated. Moreover, during my stay, I repeatedly requested the replacement of an old central heating system (dating back to the 1960s) that would stop working every other day. Each time, an engineer was sent, but the fix would only last for a day before the same issue occurred again. As a result, I had to spend the winter shivering in the cold, which was extremely uncomfortable. I have lived in 15 countries before, and I have never had such a terrible housing experience. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this agency.
Extremely disappointed with the service. Upon moving in this January, the previous tenant's bedding was still there, and the heater was broken. Furthermore, renovation work continued for over a month after I moved in, making the entire third floor inaccessible. There is still leftover trash on the premises, yet I have received no information regarding the pickup schedule. They do not respond to any of my inquiries at all. I cannot recommend this agency due to their lack of communication and poor management.
We were glad to have made the right choice with Stoit. They have been very professional and and have promptly followed up with problems with the house (serious and even the minor issues). The staff are kind and track our requests (through their efficient online portal) and coordinate also with the landlord. Our rental house unfortunately had back to back problems, but were glad that Stoit took care of them. Even the final inspection and handover of deposit was smooth. We positively recommend Stoit to future prospective renters or even landlords.
Worst rental services. I found a rental property managed by Stoit and after paying the deposit ( 2months) and first rent, we had the inspection. The house was in a very poor state from a cleaning perspective and from electrocity point of view. We also found bedbugs and we decided not to move into the property till we have a solution. 10 days later, no solution, no plan, and no one answer on the phone. I'm totally shicked with the level of service.
