Absolutely zero customer service. You pay in your contract for the gym and it’s always locked during “opening times” you send complaints to no avail and you can’t call unless it’s an urgent request. Abysmal service really.
Just horrible. 2 days without electricity, had to move to another apartment and 0 accountability for the huge mess they caused.
Students or parents of students don’t bother to contact vb&t, we were told that they won’t take you, no matter your salary. It would save us a lot of time if it was written in big letters on the website! A disgrace!
