Xpat Housing Solutions

We are very satisfied how the househunt turned out. At first, we did not have high hopes to land a house we will really like because of the very dynamic market but with the expertise of our agent from XHS we were able to make a deal on a house (and neighborhood) that we really wanted. You really are experts in what you do and we are very impressed. Thanks very much and we wish you more success with your next clients.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire Xpat Housing team for helping us find a home in the Netherlands. We came to Xpat Housing during one of the most difficult periods of the year for finding accommodation - May and June. On top of that, our situation was far from straightforward. I had just finished my studies, which meant I was no longer considered a student by many landlords, but I also did not yet have a stable full-time income that would satisfy their requirements. In addition, we were looking for an apartment for two people with all facilities exclusively for our own use. Despite all these challenges, the Xpat Housing team was able to help us successfully find a wonderful place to live. Their support, professionalism, and persistence made a huge difference for us during a very stressful time. We have now found a great home and are in the process of moving in. We truly could not have done it without their help. Thank you so much to the entire Xpat Housing team!

We had a great experience with Xpat Housing Solutions. The team was friendly, responsive, and always willing to help when we had questions. As first-time buyers in the Netherlands, we weren't always sure what to expect, but they explained each step clearly and kept us informed throughout the process. We'd happily recommend them.

I had lots of questions and uncertainty when I decided to move countries. Expat Housing Solutions (XHS) showed incredible patience and expertise throughout the entire process of my relocation. They explained every step of the process and communicated very clearly and replied quickly to my questions. They were efficient at finding a house and gave me multiple options to proceed with. They showed up on time to the house with keys and were very thorough to go through the details of the house, storage basement, common areas along with all the utilities. Their work was simply very good and I have nothing that I would made differently.

Very pleasant overall experience. I was supported and listened throughout the whole process. As the demand is continuously increasing, finding the right housing will definitely be a challenge! Having their connection(s) is a really big benefit! I was lucky and found my rental apartment within several weeks since we were put in contact. Xpat Housing Solutions, alongside with Bo helped me with the search on various platforms, live apartment visits, key handover and contract signing - everything happened digitally which was easier for me and made my arrival to the Netherlands as smooth and easy as possible.

Xpat Housing Solutions helped me to find the flat in Eindhoven. They also helped with the arrange for utility, insurance and bank. All employees are very friendly and nice!

We cannot give thanks enough for this company who helped us get settled in our new home in the Netherlands. We had a really bumpy start getting over from South Africa and they helped us and ensured we had the smoothest transition. Karen and Evelyn are brilliant at what they do - from the bottom of our hearts, thank you! We really recommend Xpat Housing Solutions.

Incredibly helpful and concerned about your placement. Went the extra mile each time to ensure a successful journey into a new home!
