For our project, I commissioned IDentity Arch to create professional construction drawings for a permit application. The previous engineer had done a poor job, which was proving difficult for our municipality, and Ward was very understanding. She was very knowledgeable and flexible in delivering a satisfactory result. From now on, if we need anything, we'll have her do it!
Ward is truly more than you could ask for! She took care of everything and aimed for perfection. As a result, we achieved a result that was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. She was also a true warrior when it came to the municipality regarding the permit process. So glad we chose her because she was so important and truly made a difference.
