The windows were installed, three weeks ahead of schedule. A delightful surprise. The installation team were friendly and did a great quality job.

Wij hebben ondanks twee dakramen laten plaatsen. Wij zijn tevreden met het eindresultaat. De weg erna toe verliep stroef maar de heren van de montage hebben dit uiteindelijk heel goed aangepakt. Soms lopen dingen niet in één keer goed, maar als de mensen dan mee willen denken en oplossingen aandragen kun je als klant alleen maar tevreden zijn. The entire process, from the initial contact to the final completion, was perfectly organized and executed with great attention to detail.<br><br>We found Primaraam online and they quickly got in touch to arrange a meeting with the consultant Alen. He was extremely responsive and patient – we called and messaged him several times while figuring out exactly what we wanted and he was always available and very helpful. The offer was prepared quickly and we had absolutely no doubt that we were making the right choice.<br><br>About a month later, a team of four fantastic professionals arrived – Przemek, Krzysztof, Igor and a young apprentice (23 years old), whose name I didn’t catch, but who also deserves a big compliment! They worked efficiently, neatly, and with remarkable precision – something that is rare to find.<br><br>They replaced four windows and the backyard door, repaired the roof of the dakkapel, as well as the roof of the garage and shed – all of this with incredible speed and flawless quality.<br><br>The new windows have triple glazing, and we absolutely love them – not only are they stunningly beautiful, but they also provide excellent sound insulation, which is a huge plus!<br><br>I have never come across such a professional and reliable service. If you’re looking for a company that works fast, clean, and with top quality, I highly recommend Primaraam without hesitation!

Inmiddels deuren en raam laten plaatsen. Super tevreden met het resultaat en niet vergeten de vriendelijkheid van de personen die ons geholpen en geadviseerd hebben. Ik bevel hun ook graag aan aan al onze vrienden en kennissen.

From beginning to end, everything was clear. They have changed all windows and shutters at my house without any problem. All employees were so kind and polite. Definitely recommend it.
