The entire process, from the initial contact to the final completion, was perfectly organized and executed with great attention to detail. We found Primaraam online and they quickly got in touch to arrange a meeting with the consultant Alen. He was extremely responsive and patient – we called and messaged him several times while figuring out exactly what we wanted and he was always available and very helpful. The offer was prepared quickly and we had absolutely no doubt that we were making the right choice. About a month later, a team of four fantastic professionals arrived – Przemek, Krzysztof, Igor and a young apprentice (23 years old), whose name I didn’t catch, but who also deserves a big compliment! They worked efficiently, neatly, and with remarkable precision – something that is rare to find. They replaced four windows and the backyard door, repaired the roof of the dakkapel, as well as the roof of the garage and shed – all of this with incredible speed and flawless quality. The new windows have triple glazing, and we absolutely love them – not only are they stunningly beautiful, but they also provide excellent sound insulation, which is a huge plus! I have never come across such a professional and reliable service. If you’re looking for a company that works fast, clean, and with top quality, I highly recommend Primaraam without hesitation!

From the planning, to the quote and execution, everything went smooth and as planned. They renovated 3 skylights and the work was fast, clean and well done. Special attention to the reuse of my current shutters: several companies didn't want to reuse them and instead wanted to charge extra for new ones. With Prima raam, they were open to take a look and in the end we were able to keep the same shutters, which saved me some money instead of needlessly changing something that is working fine. I recommend this company 100%.

I have changed all the windows and doors of my house with Primaraam and I am really satisfied after completion. I would recommend them much better than any other companies which I also discussed with the same project. They deliver good quality in a good time and they are not so overpriced like some Dutch companies. Also communication with them is excellent even though we can be in different countries sometimes and if you don't speak Dutch is also not an issue to work with them.
