This shop is a scam. I sent them the picture of my restaurant refridgerator and asked them to fix it. A guy come, sat around and took some pictures and left in 5 min. He requested paying 69euro "examination" fee and gave me a phone number of his "colleague" saying he will fix it. I tried to contact his "colleague" for a day and finally got in touch. After talking, i found out that they dont even work in the same company. Turn out, they can not even fix large fridge so they just show up for the "examination" and let other shop take over. Moreover, when i pay the "examination" fee, they only accept cash or a 50% increase if i want to bank transfer.
Very reliable and extremely fast! I advertised the job via werkspot on a Sunday afternoon and he responded immediately saying that he could be there within 10 minutes. He ordered the part required and offered to come back and replace it the very next day. I’m a woman living alone but felt very safe with him working, even after dark. He was professional and very respectful!
Zaid responded quickly and even though I don't speak a lot of Dutch, we managed to communicate just fine over text using Google Translate. He ordered the part that needed to be replaced, came over the next day and fixed the washing machine perfectly. He also charged very reasonably, was professional, sent me a proper invoice and the entire experience was seamless and pleasant. Would highly recommend him.
Zaid is the best! Appointments are super-quick (same-day most of the time), replies fast. First time he fixed the washing machine (Samsung 2 in 1) by cleaning the filter. It looked like it is ok, but the next day it was broken again. Zaid arranged a new part (pump) on Saturday and came with appointment on Sunday to replace the pomp. He did a great job, trying two pumps he brought just in case! Zaid also replaced the filtering system and double-checked everything, pricing his work very fairly. He doesn't speak English, so prepare your best Dutch or find a Dutch friend - he is worth it :)
I got an appointment on the same day and my washing machine was repaired within an hour. Great service and very good quality work. I would highly recommend Witgoed fix monteur!
